Yanti Yihua Autoglass Co.,Ltd is a joint-venture co***ny which is composed of Yantai Yaohua Glass Products Co.,Ltd and American Co***ny, which is situated in Yantai Economical and Technological Development Zone of Shandong Province,our co***ny enjoys the very convenient transportation.
With a total land area of 65000 square meters including 50000 square meters construction area, the total estimated investment of this co***ny is RMB 250,000,000.Now we are just in the process to set up the new workshop. It is estimated that we will finish the construction of first period new workshop within the middle of May (including 6000 square meter workshop and 2000 square meter office building) of this year. Also by the end of May we will finish the installation of new equipment. The co***ny mainly manufactures many kinds of high quality automotive windshield and temper glass.
The co***ny imported from Tamglass Engineering Co.,Finland, the whole set of product line and monitoring & testing equipment with advanced international level, including 10 sets of bending and tempering furnace(including the series bending furnace ESU 1223-1/3-14 and tempering equipment HTBS-4124-3.2E-L+2400-3.8A & CBTS-3.2E-R ect.) with a production capacity of about 300,000 sets of autoglass annually. Our products are employed with float glass from foreign joint venture or foreign owned venture in Chine like Saint-Gobain Qingdao & Pilkington Shanghai, and also imported PVB film from Sekisui Chemical Co.,Ltd (Japan). Benefited from Steady & reliable quality, high resistance for i***cting and the character of no injury to person after broken, all of the specifications of our products have reached the international standard. Now we have gained the European Safety Glass Standard ECE-R43, American Safety Standard of DOT, Chinese Safety Standard of GB9656-2003 and ISO9001-2000 certificate. Currently we are just in the process to acquire the TS16949 certificate.
